DailyHistory.org's goal is to create a website that answers answer historical questions and helps help readers find the books that can answer their questions in even more depthwell-researched and accessible history articles, book lists, and book reviews. DailyHistory.org is at its core a wiki. None of the articles or booklists on this site will ever be finished. We hope to create a community of people who are interested was created in answering historical questions 2016 and directing people to the best history books availablehas had over 7.5 million page views.

#Every article answers a historical question because that is how historians approach the study of history. DailyHistory.org is not an encyclopedia, ; it is a site that tries to answer specific historical questions.#Booklists are focused on specific historical topics and are limited to ten books. Why ten #Book reviews only cover books? By limiting lists to ten books it forces the writer to be more specific in their selectionsthat focus on history, political science, or philosophy.
